You can also replace the traditional instrument panel with the 12.3-inch Digital Instrument Panel Cluster. You can customize the information shown on the display to your own driving style.
To help you stay connected while also reducing cord clutter, there's available wireless charging. These are located in the center dash to keep your compatible devices secure. With up to nine different charging options throughout the Explorer, you and your family can keep your devices going even on those longer road trips from Chiefland.
Safety
Safety features such as Lane-Keeping System can help keep you out of trouble while out on the road. It will warn you when you start to leave your lane. It utilizes sensors and cameras to scan the road ahead. Other features such as the Automatic Emergency Braking and Side-Wind Stabilization can help protect you when the unexpected happens. For those looking for a stylish exterior and the performance to back it under the hood, the Explorer ST is equipped with a powerful twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter EcoBoost®. It provides you with up to 400 horsepower while also getting you up to 415 pound-feet of torque. Other features like the unique ST badging and a unique grille helps set it apart from the others.
Explorer Hybrid
When you need to go further on each tank of gas and don't want to sacrifice on performance, the Explorer Hybrid is here. It utilizes the electric motor to provide improved performance while even being capable of going off-road.
